Twisty Tuesdays. Vol.2

Tuesdays always make me think of my backbone and for some odd reason I like to get into my spine on this second day of the week. With forward bends and supine twists we can explore inner strength, courage, and having strong heart.

We often forget how connected everything is. A stretch today very well could help you in an important meeting tomorrow! Get into your spine and give it some love.
