Be Yourself, Fiercely

It can always be a little bit frightening to be the unapologetic version of yourself (without hurting anyone of course), but as soon as you begin to explore who you are it causes less fear. We are only afraid when there are unknowns and if you are feeling some fear around being your fierce self, then it might be time to approach those face on. Begin with what you head, your heart and your gut are telling you. Yes, they are saying different things believe it or not. Through this practice you will begin to understand your wants and needs, how and why you behave and react the way you do and when you begin to understand what other aspects of yourself you can explore, you begin unlock the doors to clarity, appreciation and self compassion. All the while you build up your tapas, your inner fire, your will to fight, to survive, to be.
