Be Like a Tree

Be like a tree. Grounded. Growing.
Flexible and Strong. 

For many of us the end of a long work week can feel like a relief. it's important for us to find our balance and finish the week with a strong heart and mind. Finding balance can require patience and self compassion. We won't always find it right away and sometimes you have to swing the pendulum to the opposite side in order to find that balance. This can feel scary and daunting as we don't know what's on that other side of the swing. But trust yourself. Trust your heart, your head and your gut. Let your practice guide you on and off the mat.
